KJ and Dan have trouble communicating. After a few years of a tense relationship, the couple take a weekend trip to a friend’s cabin to reconnect with their love story… but discover a dying, but not-quite-dead mouse stuck to a glue trap. They disagree on how to handle the situation, with KJ opting for a quick death while Dan offers to make Mouse’s final moments as pleasant as possible. The couple compromises and moves on, slowly finding their way back to each other in this idyllic setting. Unfortunately, their peace is interrupted by the arrival of a little woman who could only be described as “eccentric” – she’s their host’s younger sister and had no idea anyone was in the family cottage. It’s okay if she crashes, right? As the couple struggles to reconcile the intruder into their already tense dynamic, KJ and Dan begin to worry that this pesky third wheel could threaten more than just their relationship…
