Eve Hewson (Becca) is the daughter of U2’s Bono. Brian Gleeson (Thomas) is the son of actor Brendan Gleeson and brother of actor Domhnall Gleeson.
After seeing Sharon Horgan in the series "Catastrophe" I respect and admire her writing, comedy, and performance so much that I will watch anything she is in at this point
"Bad Sisters" is wickedly funny, brilliantly written, brilliantly acted and brilliantly directed and just all around smart and so human – both the good and the bad – that it just pops right off the bat. There’s no real violence, no car crashes, no special effects, it’s all very human, the real drama and agony of what some people do to others, ironed out with hilarious circumstances and comedy.
I love this show
John Paul, the abuser of one sister, aka “The Prick” to all the sisters is so wonderfully and devilishly written and acted that I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to see this actor in anything else again and not hate him for being so evil in such a banal role. I watch him call his wife “Mommy” over and over for two minutes…
honestly, it’s just upsetting because he’s so realistic that you want to kill him yourself or see him die
This series walks the fine line between comedy, drama, and tragedy so perfectly that it has to be rated a 10/10.
