A Montana ranching family faces off against others who are invading their land. Forrie J. Smith, who plays Lloyd, is an expert in the world of rodeo. John Dutton (Kevin Costner) often seems to “forget” his Montana accent and revert to his usual Southern California speaking voice. Appeared in WatchMojo: Top 10 Summer TV Shows Not on Your Radar (2018). I don’t think anyone makes Westerns better than Kevin Costner and with Taylor Sheridan writing it’s a win for viewers. Check out “Wind River” for an example of what Taylor Sheridan can do. Where’s Cole Hauser hiding? It’s incredible. I guess the daughter is a necessary part, but she goes overboard in being a bitch. The scenery is amazing and being from Colorado I can really appreciate the vast and beautiful land. Do yourself a favor and get hooked on this series because it’s going to be a hit.
